Standard Closure£500

Final accounts, final Corporation Tax return, PAYE closure & VAT deregistration, distribute reserves up to £25k, plus the strike-off and all notifications.

Complex Closure£900

Everything in Standard, plus asset transfers, multiple shareholders, Business Asset Disposal Relief planning and prior-year tidy-up.
